Terms & Conditions :

1. Minimum Order

• No minimum order for retail price.
• For Export price, the minimum order is USD 4,000.- per shipment. Please email us and request for export price.

2. Delivery Term

• This retail price is Ex-Factory which packaging and transportation cost charged separately.
• In case of consolidated shipment, and/or a third party becomes shipper/exporter rather than us, all invoices will be charged with 7% of VAT tax.
• If the agreed delivery date cannot be arranged within 90 days after our shipment notification, regardless of the cause (s), all the finished merchandise as well as the paind deposit amount will be forfeited and sold to the next interested party and/or parties without nitice.

3. Payment Term

• T/T payment, 30% advance payment with order confirmation, 70% balance 10 days before shipment.

4. Sample Request

• Charged as per FOB price (transportation cost not included).

5. All offered items are artistic handicraft, please allow minor shortcomings and/or 20% variation in all aspect.

6. A return countersigned copy of our pro-forma invoice that the specified terms and conditions are fully observed is needed to
activate your account with us and to release production.
